Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains which personal data we collect through webnite.si, why we process it, and what rights you have. We process data in line with the GDPR and Slovenian law.

What data we collect
1. Through the contact form (you provide it yourself): name, email, phone (optional), message content.
2. With your consent, automatically through analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Google Ads): pages visited, time and duration of visit, traffic source, device and browser, approximate location (IP), online identifiers. Used to measure site and campaign performance.
3. Server technical data (e.g. IP in server logs) for security and operation.
Purposes and legal basis
• Reply to your inquiry: consent or steps prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
• Analytics and advertising: exclusively your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) via the cookie banner; you can withdraw it at any time. Without consent, these cookies are not loaded.
Data retention
We keep contact-form data until the inquiry is handled or until you withdraw consent, then it is deleted (unless the law requires otherwise). Data in Google Analytics and Google Ads is retained by Google according to its own settings.
Sharing of data
We do not sell your data. Processors and recipients: Neoserv (hosting, EU) and Google (Google Ireland Limited or Google LLC) for analytics and advertising, exclusively on the basis of your consent. With Google services, data may be transferred to third countries (e.g. the USA), safeguarded by appropriate mechanisms (EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).
Profiling
Based on your consent, Google may use advertising cookies to build profiles for ad personalisation. We do not perform automated decision-making with legal effect on individuals ourselves.
Your rights
Regarding your personal data, you have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. To exercise these rights, write to info@webnite.si.
If you believe processing breaches regulations, you can file a complaint with the supervisory authority, Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (ip-rs.si).
Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
