Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains which personal data we collect via webnite.si, why we process it and what rights you have. We process data in line with the GDPR and Slovenian legislation.

What data we collect

1. Via the contact form (which you provide yourself): full name, email, phone (optional), the content of your message.

2. With your consent, automatically via analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Google Ads): pages visited, time and duration of the visit, traffic source, device and browser, approximate location (IP), online identifiers. Used to measure the performance of the site and campaigns.

3. Technical server data (e.g. the IP address in logs) for security and operation.

Purposes and legal basis

• Replying to an enquiry: consent or steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

• Analytics and advertising: solely your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) via the cookie banner; you can withdraw it at any time. Without consent, these cookies are not loaded.

Data retention

We keep data from the form until the enquiry is handled or consent is withdrawn, after which we delete it (unless the law requires otherwise). Data from Google Analytics and Google Ads is kept by Google in line with its own settings.

Sharing of data

We do not sell your data. Processors and recipients: Neoserv (hosting, EU) and Google (Google Ireland Limited or Google LLC) for analytics and advertising, solely on the basis of your consent. With Google's services, data may be transferred to third countries (e.g. the USA), safeguarded by appropriate mechanisms (the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).

Profiling

On the basis of your consent, Google may use advertising cookies to create profiles for ad personalisation. We do not ourselves carry out automated decision-making with legal effect for the individual.

Your rights

Regarding your personal data, you have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection to processing and withdrawal of consent. To exercise these rights, write to us at info@webnite.si.

If you believe the processing breaches regulations, you may file a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (ip-rs.si).

Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page is always the one in force.
